  1. Hi admin, i must say you have very interesting content here.
Your website should go viral. You need initial traffic
only. How to get it? Search for: Mertiso’s tips go viral

  2. Are there currently homes available for purchase and what are the requirements to be accepted by management to be accepted into the park?

  3. I understand this is leased land. Do you mind telling me when the lease is up and if there is a chance the lease will be renewed?

    • The property is owned however the spaces are rented with owned homes. We do not have anything available at this time. Availability happens when a home goes up for sale by current home owner.

    • Yes we are pet friendly there are size and breed restrictions without reasonable accommodations. Please call or stop by and we will gladly discuss going rates for homes as they have come available.

    • We are having homes placed on those spaces and selling them. Please call or stop by and we will gladly give you more information.

  4. Do you have any homes available for sale at the present time?? — you have a beautiful park with many nice features . . .

  5. Hi – do you ever have new homes available? What is current space rent and does it include any utilities? Any restrictions? Thank you.

    • We offer RV storage for our residents and short term stay for their guests. Unfortunately we do not offer long term rental to the general public.

  6. Saw your beautiful, well kept park and would love to be a resident. Please let me know of any upcoming homes for sale. I am a single senior woman with two adorable companion Doodles.

    Thank you—

  7. Hello. We drove through your community today. There was one sale pending and upon speaking to a “young man” at the mail boxes he informed of a home that is no longer occupied but didn’t know any particulars. Can you please tell us how we can reach you to discuss this? Thank you.

      • There was no one at the office; we live in McMinnville so only come over to Dallas about once a month but we would love to live there. Do you have a phone number? Thanks.

      • I believe I saw you on our ring on Saturday. We are only available Monday-Thursday. If we are not in the office there is always a sign durning work hours saying wether we are on property or running errands for work. You can always call the office durning business hours as well. 503-623-4750

      • OK, I will try calling you tomorrow then. We were asking about the home where there was a death? Is this home for sale now or has it gone through all of the necessary details? And did this person die at home? Thanks.

      • I’ll wait for you to call, I’m not sure which home you are speaking of. Specifically we have a few.

      • Sorry, I have not gotten back to you, so much is going on. I recall seeing a new site being constructed for a brand new home that was being brought in to your community.

Do you have any more spaces like that one if I were to order a brand new home?

The loan that we got was for a USDA home, and modular homes don’t qualify so I’m having to go another route and either get a brand new home and put it into a site or purchase a piece of land for a new home.

Thanks for your help here. Rene Miller ________________________________

      • Unfortunately we do not have any other spaces available and all of the homes are pit set ( not on a foundation) . The land is rented and the home is owned.

  8. We are interested in your community. Can you please tell me more. We are moving from Central Oregon to be closer to our adult children and grandchildren. I have provided email for communication of responses. Thank you.

    • Yes there are a few for sale and a few coming available. Please give us a call 503-623-4750 or stop by Monday -Thursday 9-4.

  9. I used to live in Dallas and have been in your beautiful park. Currently living in sw Washington. Interested in moving back. How can I view what you have for sale?

  10. My grandma is 84 years old and is looking to move into Dallas and I think this would be a great place for her. Can you give me some information about the park, prices, and rules.

    • I was looking to purchase a home here as well Leanna. Does your grandma like to come out and work in her yard? Does she want to own her own little piece of heaven? It’s very nice there but the cost of purchasing a home is out of my reach right yet. I wish you and your grandma the best! Let me know if you find a place to buy in this park. It is very homey.

  11. Is this still a 55+ only community? I saw a listing, but it doesn’t say whether it’s a 55+ or all age park. Also, what’s the monthly rent for space? Thank you!

  12. Would you be able to provide me with your current market rent for new residents? Also when your last increase was and how much, and when your next increase is and when that will be? Thank you!

  13. Hello, I would like information on for sale by owner properties, average space rent, social activities, financial requirements and anything else that you might feel beneficial to a prospective resident. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
